Prakritheeyam aims to contribute towards a more Eco-friendly and compassionate society and is committed to work without caste, religious and political prejudices. We will concentrate on the locality to start with, and the focus will be on youngsters. In this context we intend to:

• Conduct cultural programmes featuring distinguished figures from different parts of India and other countries for cross-cultural exposure, inculcating an international, one world spirit contributing to pacifist thinking.
• Give scholarships, awards, grants and other aids for deserving students for their studies at various levels, focusing on local needs.
• Support financially backward and needy students without any discrimination based on caste or religion but focusing on local needs.
• Conduct environmental awareness programs and help people in planting saplings, tending them regularly and keeping the surroundings clean.
• Invite people from various fields for discussions for interested groups (especially children) at least once in a month.

• Conduct yoga classes and different meditation techniques, as also conduct medical camps in collaboration with other charitable institutions for a healthy living.
• Get expert guidance in organic farming.
• Give counseling for students and young adults.
• Conduct workshops and camps for creative writing and arts for young people.
• Set up library with a children’s as also reference sections.
• Set up a permanent exhibition of utensils and instruments of agricultural Kerala once used and currently out of use.
